		<description>Dear Irene,

A very happy new year, of course. Sorry, I forgot to write you. What shall 2008 give us, you, me and all our relatives, in work and in happiness.

About Tintagel:
I read the book: The mists of Avalon of Marion Zimmer Bradley (New York 1982), in Dutch 'De nevelen van Avalon' (isbn 90-225-0801-3), a nine-hundred and fifty pages book of which the first sentence is: "Even in midsummer Tintagel was a ghostly place". Igraine was the (much younger) wife of the Duke of Gorlois who was the owner of Tintagel. Igraine is the mother of the later King Arthur (real name: Gwydion). The Duke is not the father of Gwydion; it was because of not loving Gorlois but loving for so many years the King of England Uther Pendragon, and visa versa, that the last one is the father of the baby that became King Arthur. Gorlois died before the birth of Gwydion.
I think, you like this book, Irene. It's in our bookcase.

Love from,
